We ordered a $5000 shed after Rodney (the owner) showed us around. We showed him pictures of the property and he said it'll be no problem. He estimated time of delivery at 6 weeks. NINE weeks later, after many unanswered phone calls (mailbox full), he finally said they're coming. The shed was in good condition, but not to spec. We spent all day helping Rodney and his men push the shed up a hill and position it. They tore up the yard, nearly ripped out a neighbor's tree and tore the bark clean around off another. I feel it could have been avoided if he went out ahead of time and checked the place out, like he said he would. But he didn't. After the fact, we were billed over $1000 extra in hidden fees for "difficult delivery" and a $250 restocking fee on window AC unit we decided not to buy. This man gives the impression "it's no problem" and he'll "take care of it" while later he charges for every little thing he can. Not an honest and upfront business at all.
