Terrible service and food. Sandwich and fries served cold. Caesar salad soggy and not edible. Complained with no results. Makes us not want to eat a t any Crack barrel ever again!!! So disappointed.

Got seated almost immediately. Staff friendly and efficient. Clean well organized store. We will be back. Has A rating.

I am very sorry I did not heed the previous review! There were multiple empty tables when we arrived but we still had to wait 15+ minutes for a table. Then, it took a long time to be waited on, drinks to arrive, and place our order. My mom ordered the special which they said would be an extra 10 minute wait! Those minutes passed and they came to tell us all the food was ready except hers and that they told her wrong. ...it would now be an HOUR! She had to order something different and quick. Another 10 minutes later and the food arrived. ....cold. There were other problems, including the fact that certain food was barely edible. We were not visited by a manager and no adjustments were made to our bill. Needless to say, we will not be back and hope others save their time and spend their hard-earned money elsewhere!
