I took my dress in to get altered, she returned it 2weeks later with little work done. I asked for a partial refund to get it fixed bc she was leaving out of town. She denied my partial refund and store credit offer. When I took the dress to another shop, they commented on how poor of what little job she did. Please do not go here if you want things done right. She will do a half job and charge you a high price. Bad business award goes to Geneva.
