They have a lack of communication skills. They sent someone out to look and give an estimate. He said that he would call his boss (dad) for a price estimate. He left and never was heard from. I really wanted this work done asap, so I called the guy who came out. He said to call his dad. I called his dad and he said he would need to talk to his son. So, a few hours later I call his son. His son said he would tell his dad to give me a call and here I am 2 days later still waiting for that call. I got someone else on the job because, obviously, I am so tired of the run around. There is work that needs to be done, no time to wait or play games.
