Very unprofessional and they will lie to you in order to get your business. I started going here in 2014, prior to beginning my treatment they had me sign a contract that stated how much out of pocket I would owe them. I paid my out of pocket expense within the first year. Between 2014 and 2016 I received treatment, not once did anyone tell me that my insurance would not cover what was outlined in my contract. At the end of 2016, I received a phone call stating I had a balance of almost $1000, remind you my out of pocket expense was also over $1000. When I inquired with the so-call financial manager, she was very rude and lack any customer service skills. She threatened to ruin my credit if I didn't pay the balance, although her and Mr. Ed are the ones who lied to me about what my insurance was covering. She told me that how they make patients legally liable for expenses that insurance doesn't cover is by putting it in small prints at the bottom of the contract that patient will be responsible for remaining balance. It doesn't matter that they lied and make up a figure telling the patient that the insurance agreed to pay that amount. They could not provide the date or transaction number that proved that my insurance company approved the amount that was put on my contract. So I got stuck paying over $2000 because of their over-priced service, when had I been told the truth about what my insurance would actually cover, I could've went to another dentist who was not over-priced. Stay away from this company, unfortunately the people at the front desk are liars and this is reflecting badly on the company. The follow-up visits are a joke, literally the dentist would come in the room for 2 minutes and say "ok, see you in 6 weeks". My last visit to get my retainers was a waste of time, the dentist NEVER looked at my retainers to make sure they fit right. Use another dentist.
