The worst in customer service. But if you would like to come home and find a big rig parked in your driveway blocking you from getting into your driveway.. you would like to talk to the supervisor who's there... which at first there was not...was just one guy digging my neighbors backyard ... this one underling ends up telling you that there are no keys to the big rig which is parked in your driveway...that there are no keys... so in case there was an emergency I wouldn't be able to get out of my driveway ...he'll have to call somebody to get the keys because they had to leave so I guess my life was not important ...when the idiot supervisor shows up... he does not introduce himself he stays on the other side of the driveway to talk to me doesn't come up to me and start talking to me like he should... I'm now talking and he's talking over me so he's not hearing anything that I'm saying and he doesn't give a crap either...the only person out of this whole thing that had any depth of customer service was Scott Jennings senior construction inspector for the County of Sacramento... now that man knows customer service ...everybody else at ce cox general engineering can suck my c e Cox...
