Provided by YP.comI was told this restaurant was taken over by new owners. We tried it twice, and will not be going back. First of all, customer service is tantamount to running a business and succeeding, and there is none here. Also, closing at 8pm is ridiculous. The new owner does not smile, ever, and is quick to make you feel very uncomfortable if you are there a few minutes past closing time. The food is OK, but not great. Today, when we went there at 7:30, we are not people who take a long time to eat. The OPEN sign was on, and it was before closing time. We pulled in. I saw the owner in the window, looking at our car. She quickly went to the front door, AND LOCKED IT!! I went and tried to go in, nope, it was definitely locked. As we drove away, there she was, in the window, ensuring we were not let in, served or given any service. Seriously, is that truly a way to run a business?? We eat out a lot, 3-4 times a week. There are not many places to eat around here. But I will never go there again until an apology is issued, their hours of operation are changed to reflect customer service- not the owner's convenience, and I see some kind of appreciation for their customers- not a dismal facial expression as if every customer who walks in is a problem. If this is how you feel, GET INTO ANOTHER BUSINESS, LIKE PRISON WARDEN!!
