I love the selection and have shopped Maurice since before they came to WNY, but Saturday November 19th was my first time in the Orchard Park location. I was 4 days out of a double mastectomy surgery and shouldn't have been out yet. I explained to one of the employees that I couldn't lift and asked her to assist me with a pair of boots. Not only did she help me but explained my situation to the other girl working. They were so helpful never letting me carry anything. They checked on me often and even offered to carry my bags to my car. These beautiful young ladies conducted themselves with the highest and most genuine level of customer service. They should be recocognuze for their efforts, for representing the company so well, and for making my experience shopping so soon after such an emotional surgery a wonderful experience. To these young ladies.. Your hearts are pure, the world needs more young people like you. From the bottom of my heart I want you to know how much I appreciate everything you did for me that day.
