The tech. that comes for the shrubs and bushes is very considerate and knowledgeable. She always stops to talk with me and has given me lots of management advice.

Trugreen calls you before the application date to inform you of the impending application. They lease a written repot about the application and the condition of your lawn.

The lawn is starting to look good. Weeds and dandelions are disappearing since I started your service.

I have been very pleased with the Customer Service with Tru Green, and my lawn has never looked better!

My lawn is very nice. It is thick and green this year, since last year a lot of my lawn was new, due to construction. I work during the day so I never see my lawn specialist,and I think I have had a couple different ones because of different names on my receipt. I think the quality and value of your service is what I would expect from a quality lawn service. I expect to be a long term customer.

They did a great job on my lawn, its really looking much better. I had lotss of weeds and that is under control now. My only complaint is it is hard to reach them by phone, I called 2 days ago, got through to a person who took my info and said that I would get a call back. Have not yet gotten call back.

I always feel your service providers to be professional and attentive to to my concerns. They take good care of my lawn and trees.

OUTSTANDING, Is the best i couyld put it. The neighbors comment on how green and plush or lawn is. I did some landscape work added mulch to enhance curb appeal . The yard looks picture perfect, i couldn't ask for more.

The lawn is very green, but still have some weeds here and there, tree and shrub service was performed last week and still have some afids in shrubs on the left side of drive way! But this was the first treatment, so I'm not sure when to expect good results! Over all I'm satisfied!

I am very happy with TruGreen's Service. My lawn looks green and healthy and the only weeds are in my gardens. Neighbors are envious. I especially like the advance notice of application calls. Then I can notify my lawn cutting service to skip that day. But, I do wish the day & date of service was written on the lawn signs as I am often away and do not want the lawn cutting service to get confused and skip a cutting when they do not have to. The entire service is very cost effective for me. Especially so when I pre-pay for the season and get a discount. I rarely see the service being performed but the yard always looks wonderful, no excess "stuff" on the driveway, walkways, etc. I am so pleased with TruGreen, I have hired the Canadian counterpart to take care of the lawn at my cottage.

I wouldn't go a season without it. My lawn looks great every year. I switched to a different service a few years ago and was not satisfied with the results. The staff is friendly, the service is great and it's worth the money. I would recommend it to others :)

Great looking lawn. Quick and accommodating service. Worked around my grandson's babysitting days. A two-year-old that loves exploring the yard!

Had plants/shrubs/trees serviced. Technician left a note about concern for birch trees. Called me back after I followed up with phone call.

I believe I already filled out a survey about that experience, but it was very positive and the service technician was very thoughtful and accommodating. It was great!
