I have always gotten good friendly service at this store. I have been shopping here for many years. Kelsey is always friendly and the owner always has a Hello Russ for me when I walk in. Very happy with this store.

This place is a rip off! The chick that works here is useless. I won't be buying anything here ever again.

Do not Buy from this guy...he gives zero regard for your safety or as you as a customer. Hands down the most shady individual shop owner I have met in Orcutt. He sold me a 34 dollar torch that he knew was defective and when I called him on It he lied...continued to lie and tried trading a 10 dollar (at most) tweaker torch as an exchange. He asked to see a picture of my cousin that he sold a working torch to ...at first (2 weeks ago) my cousin asked for the same torch as mine..his reply "you dont want one of those" and sold him a decent torch. (That torch he said he didn't want ..that he recommended to me, blew up in my face less then 24 hours later. Singeing my beard and eye brows). He tells ppl his name is Fairris...it;s Firas Pronounced FEROSS. But he must like Ferris cause it sounds like ferret. Hes a weasel and a slime ball shouldn't be considered as someone to do business with. I know he did not engineer this faulty torch but he has no regard for my own safety after it created a fire ball in my face and a potential pipe bomb in my hand and he selling these right next to a childrens learning center. This is the torch he sold me who knows who else. I know they had a very similar one that was smaller and did similar things and has sold multiple of those. I didn not want my money back. All I wanted was a product that didnt blow my face off..I would have never made this page if he handled it like a civil business owner instead of the shady lying individual he is. I have been a frequent customer for years and had bought many items that were faulty or broken . I have a docile personality so I've overlooked these purchases that were often flawed where refunds are not accepted . The reason I felt I had to speak out is I finally got tired of the poor customer service where my friendly nature was met with rude service . I'm being honest when I say products are of poor quality . I highly recommend to avoid business with this store .
