A really nice, hometown type restaurant. Not meant to be an elegant style, but most enjoyable for what it is. Been there a number of times, and I unreservedly recommend it!

The food is quite good, the portions generous, and the service definitely good and attentive.

I always have gone to Jacks Family Restaurant in Orcutt, CA.. Well worth it and the prices are the best for the food you get. Their "Chicken Fried Steak Dinner". The best in central CA.. And the pies and cakes are great also. Bob or Brian the owner Back in 1991-94 is always ready to take your order. When ever I go to Santa Maria (Orcutt) CA. I will always stop by for a great dinner or breakfast at anytime. And to mention the prices, well if you want the best and GREAT portions The price is worth it. Like $12.00- 15.00. That includes everything. You just can't beat it. I wish I was there right now.... If my works moves me back I will be a loyal customer again. Michael MADDIN
