We had a couple of issues with an aging heat pump in my husbands shop/office. Tri County service tech was prompt, thorough & gave honest recommendation. Had a new installation done shortly thereafter and was very impressed by the knowledge of all personnel involved. Installers did a beautiful job and we are so pleased with the entire process. HIGHLY recommend calling Tri-County for all your HVAC needs.

Installation is going on as I type. In removing the old hot water heater, the technician has flooded my garage. Lot of things wet. Unapologetic, he says I must of turned on the hot water while he was working for that to happen. I did not. So far the workmanship is not so good. The salesman was slick in convincing me that I was getting a good price. Should have got competitive bids as later I see that I am paying a premium installation price. Advise others to get competitive quotes and don't assume you get quality workmanship from Tri County Temp Control.

i had some electrical work done by this company and they where rude & did not clean up there mess and made threts twoard me for no reson DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Upon calling to determine why the service repair person didn't show up this morning, I learned that Tri-County was absolutely no record of my appointment. I can't fault the service personnel, but scheduling and fulfillment are a key part of the service product, particularly when my furnace has been out for 5 days. I am disappointed.

Kept my house clean and did more then they promised
