I had the best car buying experience here and I was in the car business for over 10 years. They had the car I wanted in stock, I wanted to lease, they provided me a great lease rate and low down payment. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Came back for my first oil change and some touch up paint and an install of my front license plate and Brian in service was so nice and helpful. He showed me how to use the touch up paint and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. It's so refreshing to see customer service is still a thing and Lithia Suburu is my go to for car buying from now on. I highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for an auto!

WORST car buying experience in my life. Even with their warranty, the car I bought from them 6months ago has been falling apart piece by piece from day one. Warranty is apparently worthless. Everything they said they would do to help has utterly failed. Save yourself some trouble -avoid Lithia's LEMONS and get a Honda!
