My husband and I went to this drive-thru for a Tillamook Ice Cream cone. They first handed my husbands, it was ok. Mine was level with the top of the cone and running down the sides. I said "I don't think I can manage that" (I was driving). The girl at the window told someone to remake mine. 1 minute later they handed me the same cone that looked like they wiped the outside with a towel. We didn't go to McDonalds often and will never go again.
