I had gone there for years and until recently I had okay results. Between me, my husband and children I seemed to be there for some service or another every couple of weeks within the last several months the girls cutting hair are SOOO very rude and bothered that I had even walked into their salon. They used to be nice and happy but now are so much better than anybody. My family is very clean and well kept, I tip very well not that means much but I'm not that person to hide from, so its not that we are gross people but yesterday the two girls working stood in the bad and wouldn't even respond to the fact that me and several others where waiting for them to put their cell phones down and leave the backroom. The Spanish girl that stands in the front IS the WORST! She will pull and yank through my hair then just cut whatever she feels regradless what I have asked for! Now it will be a year before I can be back to where my hair was before I walked into there! Save yourself and just find a different place, just like I am starting to do the VERY next time my family needs anything!
