I have and still do take my animals to this particular place, only because it is close....however, I agree with the woman in the post below. 3 years ago this July, I had to put down a dog, it was very hard! Harder still because HE knew....and the staff just did not CARE! They ONLY CARE about HOW much $ you can pay, or will pay given some time, not much , but some! NO RATING ON MY PART!

I was a first time client as I do not live in the area, I was in the area visiting family when my dog was attacked by a pit bull. Pines meadow was closest to me and that's where I went, My first impression was pleasant but realized the service was anything but poor. The receptionists found it more important to talk about there child's problems than is was to help the client patiently standing at the desk. Though the doctor was informative and caring his staff was all but courteous. After not having the complete payment of hundreds of dollars (which I never carry that much cash) I was treated like a thief. The vet tech literally snatched the medicine and paperwork out of my hand as if I was going to steal it right in front of them,she proceeded to tell me that the full payment was more important than my dogs state of well being. To conclude if you can stay clear of them I would. I was told Rochelle as well as Polo, both neighboring town have a much better program.
