My mom, sister and I have been clients of Elisa for over 20 years and there are a million reasons why!! She is the best colorist I have ever met! For years I have consistently gotten complements on my hair color and people ask both my sister and I if we are a natural blonde (me) or a natural redhead (my sister) all the time. We definitely are not! Elisa's cuts are fantastic and always on trend. Despite being a long term customer, she takes the time at each appointment to give me a full consultation and checks in about my wants and needs for my hair. Elisa offers honest and knowledgeable advice about what will look the best and what styles I can execute. She has also done the up dos for every major event in my life including my wedding and my sister's wedding. All of family gets so excited if Elisa is available to do their hair for a special occasion. Anyone who sits in her chair will see that she is an amazing hair stylist with a kind and bubbly personality!

Elisa at Headfirst has a talent like no other...she just "knows!" She can follow instructions and she can also offer creative ideas! A true artist in her field...color and cuts...she is a master!

I love this salon. Everyone their is so accomadating, especially with fitting you in with last minute appointments when you have a hectic schedule. Donna who is one of their hairstylists is amazing with color. I am very particular about the color of my hair because I was a makeup artist and I know that you have to match cool and warm tones of hair color to your skin tone. I am also very creative in my style and like to keep up with the trends(funky at times) and she is the only person that can ever get my color exactly right. She is professional and a genuinely kind hearted person. The salon is lucky to have her. 6 star rating for me!!!!!!!

The two times I have gone I left crying, I should've never gone the second time. They don't listen to what you want at all and I have left with my long hair chopped off after specifically asking for a trim. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money here
