I bought all my appliances here for my home (Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer) and initially thought I had a good experience. However, the fridge stopped working days after the 1 yr warranty expired. I understood and owned that fact so I went in to buy another one (giving them my money again). I paid their recommended deliverer to get it to my house and when plugged in it didn't work. Since it didn't even work from the get go I asked them if they could haul it back (or pay to have it hauled back) so they could fix it or I could purchase a different one from them. They refused. I contacted their owner (Russ Thornton) and cordially explained that I had purchased a number of items from them and would likely purchase more in the future (I own a few rentals), then explained what happened and felt that it would be a good sign of standing by their products to get the fridge that didn't work on onset to repair or replace. He not only refused, but was extremely rude and told me he did not want me as a customer!
I would not ever recommend to anyone to deal with a company whose owner is this rude and runs a business like this. Stay away!!! Go to RC Willey's clearance area and pay a couple bucks more for so much more quality and confidence!

Not just bad but crooked

Sold a stacking washer/dryer set that flooded our basement. Washer was broken. They had to "order the part from Hawaii". I called around and found the part locally. They said I could bring it in or fix myself and they would pay for the part. Days passed with no contact from them. I argued for returning the washer and finally got them to agree. I returned it one week after purchase and they refused to give my money back. I had already purchased a great set from a reputable vendor to take care of the mountain of laundry in my house. I am now Disputing the charges with visa and Chase bank.

BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!

My sister and I went to their Salt Lake City location to buy a Refrigerator for my new house. My sister decided she too would buy a Refrigerator and she would exchange in her old refrigerator that had some cosmetic issue but worked fine.The sales lady fully assured us that they test all refrigerator and that they sell warranty with them. We found two great fridges that were to good to be true. We paid their delivery guy to bring them to our houses but when we plugged them in they did'nt work. The fridges never got cold and the freezer never did either.I called them back on several occasion explaining that what I was sold was not working. She said bring it back and we'll give you a new fridge. I went there the next day and everything was no good and not of the same value has the ones we bought.So I decided I needed to have a professional refrigeration man (Action Appliance Service (Salt Lake City, Utah) come to my house and look at our fridge. What he told me was shocking! The motor was SHOT and the Compressor was BROKEN and LEAKING freon. What I was sold was stainless trash! We found out that her refrigerator had the wrong part on it and that it was missing a relay part. One of the wires was disconnected from the starter that was put on in a big hurry. When I finally got a hold of Toni she did nothing but yell and scream at me. She told me it was not her problem and that I needed to bring it to them to be fixed or get one of their refrigerators as a loner from the store. "You pay for delivery each time $ 50.00" When I started telling her about the information I learned from the refrigeration tech, she started getting nastier and hung up on me several times. Screaming "Not my problem" Click...She wouldn't even discuss the return of my sister working refrigerator.To fix my refrigerator It would have cost them 4 times the amount of what I paid for it. I would have been stuck with delivery charges and a lower quality refrigerator. With the amount of loss my sister and I both had. "Time, Money, Food" By this time I could have bought a new refrigerator.IMO this was nothing but a bait and switch scam. I feel taken advantaged of and doped. I do not wish to have this happen to someone else . They don't care that they rip people off and take their money. I wish I had read the reviews online much sooner. This is a BAD Business!
