Overall very pleased! Excellent customer service from our initial contact through funding and recording. Knowledgeable. Professional. Regan S, Mike L and Shelly L our agent and processing staff were hands on, involved and kept us informed every step of the way. Quick and complete process with no stress. We lost valuable time initially with another lender before making this change to Box Home Loans. It was a great decision. Just wish I took that plunge for my initial loan (this was a refi) everything presented up front with no surprises. Loved the "menu" of rates to customize to our need and financial goal. Very happy.
