Poor to no customer service. No reply / slow reply to listed contacts on the web page.

The issue is they take your money at 'light spped' and they ship, when they ship, at snail speed, in a cruddy package and using the US Postal Service.

They do not reply (other than robot automatic mail) to my questions. They did not answer the phone. They did not call me back when I shceduled a call back on there web interface.

They take way too long to process simple orders of small parts (Not FFL serialized items) just small parts.

I ordered some items from Midway USA and Brownell's on the same day, and I had the parts from them before Delta Team Tactical had confirmed my order or updated shipping info.

I had the other parts in hand from Midway USA & Brownell's 22 days before Delta Team Tactical ever answered my emails.

After a month (30 days) I sent a message asking them to cancel my order and give me a refund and on the next day I received their "Route Secure Balony' tracking info. 10 days later 51 days from my order date, I received most of the parts. 25 bucks worth of stuff has never, never, never arrived or been shipped.
