Buyers beware. The software is very hard to use and is not an efficient inventory management program. The Fishbowl software is very slow and cumbersome to use. Order fulfillment takes a long time, order management is very slow, and keeping the software updated with inventory often takes manual effort which defeats the purpose. Also, Fishbowl does not stand behind their product. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. but only after the date of purchase. It takes much longer than 30 days to install the software. So they sell you the product, but don't tell you it will take 30 days to install. They will tell what you want to hear on the front end of the sale and then get lost, even after it does not work. Beware before you invest on penny.
