DO NOT GO TO THE KAY JEWELERS IN OREM!



One of the staff members there was extremely rude and unprofessional to my husband and me. We simply asked what their lost/stolen ring policy was after misplacing his wedding band, and instead of a polite explanation or decline, we received an insulting: "Aaaaand that makes us liable how?? HOW are we at fault for that?" To make matters worse, the so-called "gentleman" continued to belittle my husband by questioning if we even BOUGHT a ring with Kay Jewelers in the first place.



To top it all off he had the NERVE to try and sell us a new ring. Needless to say, we quickly declined. After this experience I'll never shop at Kay Jewelers ever again. Don't let the same thing happen to you!
