As a parent of two, working in Salt Lake City and living in Orem, I know and understand how it feels to leave the care of your child in someone else's hands. Our goal is to be the best we can be today and grow to be even better tomorrow. Children come here when only the best is good enough. We feel that outstanding people are the key to our success. In fact, we have become a leader in the preschool and childcare industry thanks to the efforts of our staff members, who adhere to our high standards of care. We are dedicated to providing a quality learning environment for the children, outstanding service for their family members and a satisfying work environment for our employees. Kinderland, Inc. was established in 1978 in Orem, UT to serve the growing need for quality preschool and child care for Utah County Families. Kinderland is an organization which values people, the children in their care, their parents and employees. The center's mission is: Encourage not just learning, but the love of learning. We are especially proud of this Mission Statement all teachers are expected and encouraged to uphold it. In the past 25 years, Kinderland has continued to expand its programming, staff and physical environment to accommodate growth from the original 35 children to the 185 the center is currently licensed to serve each day. In addition the facility has been expanded from three classrooms to eleven with an additional infant/toddler house and free-standing kindergarten building. Kinderland is now a campus of four structures with a total of 10,000 sq. feet of classroom area on two acres of land with a large playground and a shady park setting. The center provides preschool, day care and school-age programs for infants from six-weeks to older children (up to age 12 years) and has a waiting list for several years. To ensure continued success, we feel that it takes a team of parents, staff members and office admin working together addressing problems, considering, and brainstorming the best solutions to drive us into the future. We have an open door policy with all our parents and staff members. We conduct a survey once a year to give all parents the opportunity the give us suggestions and tell us how we are doing. This survey can also be found, filled out and faxed through this website or any parent can email us at any time you feel the need. Nothing is better than to see your child grow and develop from infant to adulthood with a love for life, thrill for learning, complete trust, integrity, and become innovative on their way to the top. I know this has happened with my own children here at Kinderland and Kinderland looks forward to being part of your child's life as well.
