Granted, this is fast food- I should set my expectations lower. However, when I went to this McDonald's, the drive-through cashier, when asked how his day was, said that his day would be better if he "wasn't working with the B***** manager", then I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes (literally). The lady who handed me the food said "I'm so sorry, we forgot". Terrible service and the food quality is terrible. My smoothie was filled like 3/4, and she said that they are only required to fill it to the line; not to where it would be an actual medium size.
