One word, GREAT!

Very pleased with the monitoring and the customer service. I have recommened to many friends the sytem that we have. Though the monitoring fee is modest, the service in the event of an incident or emergency is priceless.

This is the worst alarm compan...

This is the worst alarm company I have ever dealt with. They are rip offs and I will never recommend my family or friends to them. They steal, they lie, and they are not for the customer. They are all about the money. These people are snakes and they should not be allowed to treat people the way that they do. Their supervisors are trained to lie and to deceive you and so are their saleman. The customer service reps are trained to tell you that the supervisor level is the highest level that you cannot get anyone above them. They are snakes and do not dare give them your business.

Choosing to update my alar...

Choosing to update my alarm system was a good choice, i am comfortable with the voice activation when a door opens and with the remote it allows me to sleep better at night....... thank you Pinnacle!

We come from a small town in N...

We come from a small town in New Hampshire where house alarms are far and few. But because we live near a big city with more of a variety of people, having the security system gives us peace of mind whether we are  at home or away.

We have not had our system for...

We have not had our system for very long, but we are very happy with it and the secure feeling that we have. The people who installed our system were very polite and very helpful. They answered all of our questions , worked very hard to get everything installed and cleaned up any mess. Thank you Linda and Glenn, we are very satisfied with our new system.

Recently a young man came to our house to sell an alarm system. He was polite, amusing, and very professional, a true gentleman. He explained clearly what we were getting. Both my husband and I are truly thankful to have the system in our house.

I got distracted and forgot I ...

I got distracted and forgot I was boiling hotdogs on the stove and if it wasn't for the smoke detector and alarm I may not have woken up in time to put out the small fire and clear out the smoke. Pinnacle Security Alarm system really saved my home and possibly my life!

I have to say that Pinnacle Alarm Monitoring provides me and my family a sense of security while away from our home on a daily basis and while away on vacation. In addition to the quick response time in contacting me if there is an alarm detected, I find the system and staff to be reliable and consistent in the protocol of communication. The customer service and technical staff are always available and patient while working through alarm tests, monitoring system checks and questions about the security panel itself. Thanks for being ever vigilant in securing my home safely.

My elderly father lives with m...

My elderly father lives with me, and at about two in the morning one night, the alarm went off. I was able to get up, and realize it was him. I turned off the alarm. My father had gone outside. As I watched out the window as he was walking around, he came to the door, and the door was locked. He wouldn't have been able to get in on a very cold night, he would have been in trouble. But because of the alarm, I was able to let him in a get him back to bed.

It was a relief when a pinnacl...

It was a relief when a pinnacle representative knocked on my door and offered free installation of a security system. I had been contemplating one for a while as I have 2 small children and work a lot. The installation and equipment cost scared me but this offer i couldn't pass up as break ins have increased dramatically in Campbell River. Lots of which people were actually home when it happened. You give me peace of mind for me and my children. I'd rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it. Thank you so much for making it possible.

We've had the Pinnacle system ...

We've had the Pinnacle system for just over a month now, and we have been extremely impressed with both the sales and service aspects of the business thus far. We had done some research on other companies over the past year, and was thinking about getting a security system around Christmas. When we were approached by the Pinnacle salesperson, he answered all of our questions upfront about not only Pinnacle, but security systems in general, which we felt eased some of our concerns.



In between signing up for Pinnacle's system and the actual installation that was to take place that night, we did some research on Pinnacle. Needless to say, we found a website that had some not-so-nice things to say about the company and all aspects of the business. But because our salesperson was so informative and helpful, we decided to go ahead with the install and ask more questions later that evening.



Our service tech later that night was prompt, helpful, and did his job in a professional manner, despite the sub-zero temps that he had to endure when fixing something outside that would enable the system to work. He also was missing a unit that would complete our order, and scheduled a follow up appointment to install that piece at a later date.



On the follow up date, a different tech came and he too was extremely professional, and completed his job well.



We have had great interactions thus far with Pinnacle, and would recommend if asked. Well done!

Since I have had my alarm syst...

Since I have had my alarm system, it has given me the peace of mind I needed to live alone. I was planning to buy a big guard dog, but now those plans are put off.



My system has even stopped my children from coming into my house without knocking, something I had tried to get them to do for years. I also feel my house is secure when I am working in the yard or out in the garage. When I had a problem with the motion sensor the tech. brought out a new one, installed it and helped me understand the system better.



This has been a good experience for me and Pinnacles Security is a good company.

Cancellation terms

Anyone thinking of getting a security system from Pinnacle Security needs to be independently wealthly, because if you live from the wages you earn and find yourself unemployed as I did, you will be trapped with their monthly installments. The only way to get out of your contract is by paying in full whatever is left on the 39 month commitment that is part of their agreement. So, in our uncertain times, for the regular person this vendor is the type of vendor you, your love ones and friends need to avoid.

I was an employee for Pinnacle Security for 3 months and it only took me that long to realize what scam artists they are. Never ever involve yourself or any one you care about to do business with this company. I am still receiving phone calls from this company in regards to employment. The sales reps are sleezy and dishonest, their contracts have "bind me up for life" written all over them. There were so many things that they taught us just not to tell future customers, never ever involve yourself or your loved ones with this company!!
