Oh Rancheritos/Betos/whatever you are i'be been partaking your food for almost 10 years now. I've dealt with the company name change, employee change and menu chanGe. I loved being able to get breakfast at your place at 7 a.m. and also get dinner at your place at 1 a.m., but tonight I ruined everything. I always put up with your horrible customer service just to eat some yummy Mexican food. in my two taco meal I took my first bite of beans and there was a piece of gravel. It wasn't a hard piece of rice or an overcooked piece of meat, it was a full-on piece of gravel. I took a picture of it and I'm going to try to submit it on this review but I cannot believe what I just ate. Sorry rancheritos you just lost a long time customer.
