Provided by YP.comCrappy store never going back, the manager on duty made me feel judged over a dollar on some incense. Because they sold a box that was empty. The employee offered to replace the box due to the inconvenience with out me asking for such gratitude... And when I got to the register the manager made a stink over the employee offering me the replacement. Saying she couldn't do that because how dose she know it was really empty. This isn't the first time I've purchased faulty thing's at this store. I don't recommend it to anyone.
We are very sorry for your experience at one of our stores. please come in and next time we will check out product more thoroughly and take care of your needs!

Provided by YP.comPrices are high, and products stop working within days of purchase. The staff constantly sells me the wrong product.
So sorry for the trouble that you have been though. We have recently brought in new genuine E-cig products and we also have our 7 day exchange policy if you have a manufacture problem. Thank you for your input.

Provided by YP.comEmployees are nice, but their vapor products are cheap. After having multiple products fail within 24 hours, and Stogies refusing to warranty items, I'll buy somewhere else.
