Love Amber Cerv. She is very knowledgeable with cuts and color and does a great job with my hair. The receptionist Naomi is really great and super helpful too.

We had a terrible experience! On Saturday my daughter had her hair dyed by a stylist at Suggestions Salon. After carefully explaining what my daughter wanted, discussing the methods to be used, showing the stylist pictures, and choosing appropriate hair swatches, the stylist apparently took it upon herself to do what she had in mind instead. My daughter with naturally dark blond hair left there with dark purple hair. She has cried about it knowing she has to start school with this "horrible purple colored hair!" Stylist charged us $160.00 and the girls at the counter whispered as I handed over the money in a cloud of disappointment. Suggestions Salon is far and away the worst salon! It used to be really good but in the last few years it has become sub par at best. I will never go there again and I recommend everyone to find a better salon. In this area there are many excellent ones. Suggestions is not one of them.

I went to suggestions for the first time today, my hair look beautiful and I was treated like a queen! Thank you to the friendly front desk and the sweet girls who cut my hair and gave me a pedicure, I can't wait to see you all again!

I had a great experience at this salon. I had Amber J. do my hair and she did a fabulous job. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. I found out that Suggestions Salon closes their doors once or twice a month to be updated on the hot new trends. I highly recommend this salon and my stylist, Amber J.

This salon is so dirty and unorganized. I thought I would be going to a very high end, nice salon when I heard the prices, but instead it was a filthy salon that looks like it is stuck in the 90's. Could really use a make over. Oh and most of the stylists are not up to par from my experience. Not worth the money! Moving on

This is a great salon! Everyone is so friendly and happy. My stylist is so good at understanding what I want, and making suggestions that I may not have thought of. I highly recommend this place!

I went to the salon to purchase its a 10 leave in product. But they were out of the one I wanted (with the purple lid), so I was going to leave. One of the girls that worked there told me that the product I wanted had been replaced with the gold lid which had added keratin. So I reluctantly said ok and purchased it. Well on my way home I found the product I wanted at a different salon and It was even $5 dollars cheaper so I bought it. The next day I went to Suggestions salon in Orem to return the gold lid product. And what do you know, they had restocked all of there shelves with the product they had just told me didn't exist anymore. I told them I would like my money back and they told me NO! Nowhere on the receipt does it say that you cannot return product. So first they lied to me, then they would not give me my money back. The girl at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this salon again! And I will be telling everyone I know not to go there because they do not care about making the customer happy. They just care about how much profit they can make!

Carly always does an amazing job on my hair. This is the only place I've gone and got hilights that don't end up too gold or yellowish!
