I bought a moissanite stone from them a few months ago. In the store it looked ok. Once I was out of their store I could see how yellow and colored it was. People asked me if it was a birth stone. They had told me it was supposed to look like a diamond. However it looked horrible. The special lighting in the place made the stone look 10x better than it really did. I went to return it 4 hours later, and all they would give me was store credit. Well, I didn't want to spend $750 in a store that had horrible ethics and I had no idea what I was buying. When I simply asked for my money back the very rude owner told me "so sorry that's policy, we don't care why you returned it, you walked out the door so it's your fault" So I lost $750 because of this businesses poor poor ethics. I hope to save anyone the trouble of loosing their money to a store with such low low standards.
