I bought my generator from Roy 7 years ago and until yesterday it worked fine

and got me through several outages including two bad hurricanes. It didn't

turn on automatically for its weekly test so I called Roy yesterday. He called

me back this morning and said he would drop by to check it out. He was here

within 30 minutes and after taking a look pointed out that the battery had never

been replaced. He was sure that was the problem and, as it turned out, he was

correct. I installed a new battery, turned it back on and it started right up.

Perfect!!!
