Linn Star is the delivery company for Michigan Home Depot deliveries.

By purchasing my appliances on line ,I saved approx. $244 combined, plus free delivery.

I pre-booked the delivery date via HD web site, they promised a 4 hour window ,with a 30 minute advance call .

Delivery date agreed upon was today 4-19-14 with a window of 2-6 pm
At 4:30 received a call from Lawrence ,Mr C we have one delivery before you & your next.
At 4:46 pm, the truck pulled up, Lawrence greeted me, toured the delivery site , and I met his assistants Corey & Rick

All very nice & positive men.
Delivered & offered to set up, but I wasn't ready on my end yet for the hookup.

Hauled all debris & cardboard away.

Positive experience indeed!

Absolutely the worst experience possible! They showed up (both times) but that's as good as it gets. Both 'installation team"s did absolutely nothing but give conflicting instruction/information and ultimately ended up saying they could not do the install and I would have to hire a plumber. I will NEVER do business with any company that utilizes this company for install. I STRONGLY recommend inquiring about the install company when making a purchase and if they indicate Linn Star Tranfer, buyer beware!

Antiquated processes and lack of respect for the customer is paramount with this company. Just a disgusting experience. I won't buy another bag of mulch from Home Depot until they stop doing business with you. Workers I spoke with, just ok, nothing dynamic about their desire to correct their mistake. Business model and customer service approach, stuck in the 20th century. The customer service manager literally said the company does not care what is written about them on the internet.

Always shoot for top u got bad stuff going on there. And this could cost me
