I have been bringing my cleaning to this establishment for almost a year and had to take the time to finally write a review. I bought a gold blouse from Cache (not cheap) I unfortunately got something on the top... two spots. I was just sick about it and pointed it out to Frank the owner of the cleaners.. he assured me they would do their best, Not only did they clean everything excellent as usual, but he took the time personally to address the stain and got it out!.. I am elated!. So nice to have AMERICACLEAN, really care about the customer. My neighbor started taking advantage of their free delivery and is pleased as well.. Thank you Frank and Americlean!!

I had such a great first experience at Americlean I had to write this review. I was looking for a dry cleaners to take a few of my dresses to an searched the yellow pages online. Americlean was very close and convenient. I brought in 4 dresses, 2 of which had some stains from food, drink,etc. I pointed out my concerns and was very pleased with the time taken to address them. The service was quick, friendly and I was very satisfied with the quality results. My dresses look great! I will bring all of my future dry cleaning to Americlean. They are convenient, professional, and friendly.

My mother generally goes to this location and I decided to give it a try and take in some of my clothing and her's as well. When I first arrived the lady at the counter was confused as to whether to create a profile for myself or use my mothers because we shared the same address. I confirmed with her that I needed these items on Monday because I was leaving town the following day. I called first thing Monday Morning and spoke to the store owner Frank who stated the items were available for pick up, so I proceeded with other errands. When I arrived the same lady was there but she proceed to tell me that there was a problem and she needed to call Frank and asked if I could wait ten minutes. I informed her I was on a tight schedule and would return, so she thus had me pay for 2 out of my three orders, the third being the comforter. She offered no explanation as to what the "PROBLEM." was nor did she apologize for the beginning of a major inconveniance. She stated she could help me if I could wait ten minutes while she assisted two other ladies who walked in after me. I decided to return later which I did and Frank the store owner was there. He immediately started yelling at me stating I owed him a bill for $100.00 and that I didn't pay for some of the items I took. Completely put off I attempted to try to explain what the thought might have been the problem but he continued to inturpt me and stated since I did not bring in my receipt he wouldn't assist me (while rolling his eyes). This was the part I finally lost my cool. I informed him I would go home and retrieve the reciepts out of the garbage, mind you this is now the THIRD time I had to return for their mistake.

I have been to many dry cleaners and I finally found a cleaners that have excellent customer service and great results. I had a shirt that I thought we would never be able to get the stain out, and Americlean did! The owner was a real nice guy to deal with and I will recommend this dry cleaners to all my family and friends!! Thanks!!

All my familly and friends in the area go to Americlean Dry Cleaning, and are very well satified with the excellant and quality next day service. We are also very impressed with Frank the owner who is a nice and friendly person. I recommemd this cleaners to all.

I just want to say that this is the best dry cleaners in the area. I have tried many drycleaners and none payed the same attention to stains and wrinkles as Americlean. They were even able to get out an extremely set in stain in my favorite dress. The owner is a really nice guy and seems to make sure everything is up to his standards. The prices are good and I highly recommend Americlean to anyone in the Orland Park area.

Do not go to this dry cleaners. First of all, the owner, Frank is very rude. He does not know how to treat his customers with respect. Second, they claim that your items are ready for pickup on a certain date but that was not the case for me. Third, he took my clothing out of his building without permission to supposidly do my repair but the repairs had not been done yet. (Very Odd) Fourth, after I told him that I wanted my items back he told me that my items are not in his facility and he will not ensure me an approximate delivery date. BUYER BEWARE! This guy is a real piece of work. If you value your clothing, blankets, curtains, whatever it may be - Well then don't take your stuff there - He told me that he doesn't know 100% when my item will return to his building and to call before I come. I told him that I wanted my items back by the end of the day considering that he has had it for 10 days. He told me if that was the case then I should SUE HIM IN CIVIL COURT!



This dry cleaners just opened. I assume that it won't be in business for long. I cannot see how any residents of Orland Park will tolerate such inappropriate behavior. The owner should be aware of the social class surroundings. I would not return for any type of service ever again - even if it was free!
