The staff and teachers are beyond AMAZING! They are all very caring and you can tell they love what they do. One of the best centers I've seen, there are so many opportunities being offered to help insure children are getting the best learning experience anyone can offer with their STAR curriculum they offer but it doesn't stop their. They make sure each and every child is being focused on as a whole, which also includes physical fitness and nutrition!!! love COA Orland Park!

My Son attended Children of America since he was 1yrs old and just recently stopped attending this daycare. When my son left I literally cried because this daycare was absolutely the BEST daycare I have ever encountered. I initially came to Children of America as probably one of the most nervous and over- bearing parents ever and 3 years later I'm leaving as a calm parent of an Awesome, Active and Confident 4yr old, and I have Children of America to thank a whole lot for that. This daycare treats the children in such a loving and nurturing manner that they create a family atmosphere within the daycare. Not only is the staff there GREAT but the families there are Out of this World Friendly and Nice!! Everyone there always has a smile, joke or sometimes a hug to make you smile or laugh and trust me that helps after some long days at work (-:. I hate my son had to leave this daycare to start school because the Children of America at Orland Park, Daycare/Family is like none other!!!

If you are looking at this location, check out every teacher who will be with your child before you enroll. My son fractured both bones in his arm at this center. He sat for almost 4 hours crying. I found out about the fractures through ER!!!! They claimed the next day that "he fell". To add insult to injury, NOBODY EVEN CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP, TO CHECK ON MY SON, TO SEE HOW HE WAS IMPROVING, NOBODY at your center. THE TWO TEACHERS IN HIS CLASSROOM WHO WERE IGNORANT ENOUGH TO LET A CHILD CRY FOR HOURS AND LET HIM SIT THERE WITH A BROKEN ARM NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED TO ME. NOT ONCE!!!!! CAN YOU BEGIN TO IMAGINE MY ANGER TOWARD THIS CENTER? TOWARD THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT CARES FOR CHILDREN????? Their method is disgusting! It’s distasteful, rude, and arrogant. Instead of owning up to their mistake as a day care facility, they ignore it and act like nothing ever happened. ANY PARENT WHO HAD EVERY DETAIL OF THIS STORY WOULD FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY I FEEL. COA DEFINITELY FAILED MY SON CONCERNING HIS WELL BEING WHILE IN THEIR CARE, AND ME AS A PARENT TRUSTING THEM TO ACTUALLY CARE FOR HIM IN MY ABSENCE.
