Tried to pay my bill online and the link is broken. Spent 2 days calling to pay my bill with it just going into voicemail. I did get a call back after a day but missed the call and never heard from them again. No one should beg to pay a bill. It should be easy and convenient online or by phone. Any company thinking of using their contractual services need to look somewhere else. I would not recommend it for any of your clients.

Finally received a bill from TRi City Radiology for sevices rendered on 02/17/10. Saw the tri@ecompubill.com and since I pay most, if not all my bills, on line this would be a way to get your money faster & I would save on evelopes & postage.



However, this is not true. There is no selection to pay your bill, There is only advertising. I will pay the bill (snail mail) with a note to DNCH & Tri City to get another accounting firm or at least get the web site more user & payee friendly. At least I don't use their services that often. If my regular physican used your service I would be on him like white on rice!
