Dr. Calma is really a great doctor. Very thorough check ups, accurate diagnosis and treatments. Good bedside manner and very relatable. I have seen dr Gigea a few times and also could say the same about her. The nurse practitioner there never gives me an opportunity to talk, she talks over me when I'm trying to explain symptoms. She was being critical about my birthing option with my newest baby because I had an induction. She is a little snobby and makes me uncomfortable. Nurses at the office though are productive and nice. Receptionist is nice as long as she's not busy. When I need to get my child in for a sick visit they always fit me in the same day. The billing lady Diane I think is very cold and not friendly at all. Any time I have owed money she is calling me the next day harassing me about when I can make the payment. I have never not paid my balances either for her to be this way. All in all I am done with this office because of my bad experiences the only reason I have stayed so long is that dr calma dr gigea and nurses are so nice. Pretty much don't get in the way of anyone else in the office.
