The apartments are very 70s. Theyre over priced for what they offer. Many times the washer/dryers were out of order. We experienced leaks from the roof twice. They would send someone to look at it and check the roof but no one actually repaired the damage inside the apartment. We faced the forest preserve which was nice but very noisy from traffic. Watching anything on tv was basically impossible with windows open. My final and biggest complaint came when moving out. We received deductions from our deposit for tiny things. The itemized list actually said things like 'wipe' and yet we would be charged $10.00. I scrubbed that kitchen from top to bottom to the point that it was probably CLEANER than when we moved in. when I called to discuss these charges I had to call 4 times and leave 3 voicemails before I spoke to anyone. the woman was beyond rude. I actually said 'you're being very rude' and the woman even admitted and agreed that she was without any remorse.
