Provided by YP.comWhen I was 21 I lifted 150 pound weights and used my back instead of my legs and 20 years later I have 2 bulging disc and 2 degenerative discs. I have seen multiple PTs, steroids and shots then I researched the Illinois Back Institute. My pain level was a 9 and today it is a 0. After beginning therapy I learned stretches and excercises that I can continue to do when my therapy is complete. My back is absolutely stabilized and I always look forward to coming in and seeing the staff!
