The absolute worst!! Do not send your loved one to this very negligent place. It is dirty and I would hardly call anyone skilled. My father had hip surgery and was to be there for rehab. Upon admission they told him he would have to wait 2 days to be evaluated because it was a Friday night. He laid in his own feces and urine the first night. The nurse closed the door on him when he said he needed help. He did not have assistance with walking or life skills like washing up, was not provided a commode and was expected to lay in his own waste. The final straw was that they never filled his prescription for pain meds. My dad was there from Friday -Monday without one pain pill. When I asked how this could happen, their response was he didn't ask for one. He had been complaining of his pain and that is not considered a request?!?! I pulled him out and brought him home as I felt he was in danger in this setting! I would give this zero starts if an option!!
