Always a good esperience with Polar.

Have used polar for years for both heating and air conditioning all of the techs have been professional and informative.

Professional and knowledgeable technician. Explained all work completely. My system hums like a kitten now! Polar is available 24/7. I have had them in the wee hors during the winter in years past for my old system. Contacted Polar without hesitation when it was time to replace my system. Always pleased with Polar from first phone contact for appointment through the service visit.

My experience with Polar Heating and Air Conditioning has been excellent in all aspects.
When called service was handled promptly and with satisfactory results. I have used their services for many years and I would recommend them to my friends and colleagues without any hesitation.

I don't know what the person in front of me is crying about. Used Polar 2 Years ago for new AC then just had them replace a 20 year old furnace. Shopped their price on both jobs. My wife and I were very happy on both occasions.

The Polar Promise, customer satisfaction. What a load of bull!! I have never in my life experienced the kind of grief and aggrevation I have received form Polar Heating & Air. Their whole Promise is a LIE! They are NOT family owned, they DO NOT have 60 years experience in the Chicagoland area. Their technicians are not anywhere near experienced as they say they are and the owner is big talk, but doesn't follow through on promises or keep his word. Please don't fall for this company like I did. Take your business elsewhere, PLEASE!

My furnace finally gave out after 12 years of faithful service last week. I was not looking forward to having companies come out to look at it. The first company that came out gave me an estimate that I felt was crazy high and they were rude. I'm not going to put there name down, but let's just say there were no "right reasons" to choose them. My neighbor had Polar Heating and Air put in his AC last summer so I gave them a call. The guy that came out was really nice and knew what he was talking about. The estimate he gave me was a considerably lower price for a much better high efficiency furnace. I don't know what RUDYGAM is talking about. The installers did a great job and didn't make a mess. I suspect that he has other motives considering he is talking about an installation that happened 5 years ago and posted his review 4 years later. IDK. I had a really good experience with them and so did my neighbor.
