Terrible Service

I brought my 12 month old twins and they told me it would be about 15 min. to wait and there were 2 people ahead of me. Ended up waiting 40 minutes. Of course I made the appt. around 12 month old twins mind you. Waiting 40 min. isn't helpful. They told me it was going to take about an hour and a half to take the pictures. Well, including the 4 times this photographer excused herself to "go do something else" the picture taking process took 25 min. The photographer was not any help whatsoever in doing anything creative with them or posing them. She decided my kids had had enough and therefore she was finished. As we waited (again) for the pics to be shown to us while she helped customers at the front, we decided to leave. She offered to show us the photos, but I said I would come back tomorrow to look at them. She said they don't save them. When I said I wanted to talk to the manager she said I had to wait until the manager was finished with another customer. Well, I got the corporate number and walked out. They over book and don't care.

Terrible Experience

I would never recommend Portrait Innovations to any parent. To start, our 1 year old daughter was asked it stand on a chair without a back. Surprise, surprise...she fell right through and hit her head. How can any logical thinking individual expect a 1 year old to stand unsupported?

As we were picking our pictures, nothing was explained to us. We didn't know what types of pictures were available, whether or not packages were available, or even how the pricing worked. We were just told that as we removed pictures, the final price would fluctuate.



Terrible experience. I will NEVER go back.

ok pics - high pressure sales

My photos were ok. The studio was nice. I didn't like the high pressure sales after the photos were taken. It is nice to get them back right away, but I need a little time to figure out what I really want. I felt like I had to order immediately or not at all. I like better choices in terms of sizes. The price to get you in the door is good, but when you get what you want it really gets pricey. I would go back in a pinch, but I found another photographer in the area I like better.
