Was going to Dora Eudave for quite some time. Noticed her attitude had changed. Was getting more "unfriendly ", and always in a rush. Couldn't understand that part because she never had other clients coming in or leaving when I got there. Never had any product on her shelves...... bare minimum! The line she carried changed formulas, wasn't the same so I stopped buying from her. Here I was her customer/client for a long time, tipped her 20% -30% and still seemed unappreciative, like she should be getting more, huh? She was the owner, entire fee for services went straight to her pocket which most other owners don't even accept gratuity. I had long layers and after awhile I would notice my layers were almost nonexistent. Always trimmed the length but never mentioned, "hey, you need to get some layers in here, they're grown out." All she ever did was complain about everything going on, total negative environment. Others I knew that used to go to her were always asking "how can you still be going to her". She must have lost a lot of her clientele. Seems like she has a hard time working with other stylists, like when anyone would walk past and say hello to her she would just turn that nose up and roll her eyes. I know she didn't get along with people at the other places she worked at.
