Just had the worst customer service experience. After my last oil change I had a leak under my car and took it to a repair shop since OE was closed on Sunday. They oil plug hadn't been sealed properly and I lost 2 qts of oil. When I explained this to Oil Experts the guy just looked at me and said he couldn't tell what happened since I had gotten it fixed. He kept saying "I don't know what you want me to do about it." Well, maybe apologizing and offering a coupon or anything!! I asked for the manager and he said "I am the manager." Well obviously they don't care about their customers or rectifying their mistakes. ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service.
