Went to Tuffy as I was told had Crack in exhaust manifoldconverter, James gave me a price that was lower than what I was quoted, also noticed I needed an oil change, everyone there is very helpful I highly recommend Tuffy in Tinley Park

I went to a Tuffy's Service Center recently for an oil change and for general diagnostic. The Manager Dave, took care of me personnaly. Not only was the oil change done quickly but he informed me of other maintenance needs that my car will be requiring within the near future, and WHY these things needed to be done in order to get the optimal efficiency from my vehicle. Most service centers would just try to get you in and out and sell you unneccessary service but this manager took the time to explain things. It was almost closing time when i asked why they weren't closing and he stated he was waiting for a cutomer to return...that is truly customer service..... I would recommend Tuffy's without reservation.

I had my vehicle in at Tuffy on November 12th. My exhaust was noticeably louder the past few weeks and I wanted to get it checked out. I had heard some good things from my neighbor about this location so I took it in to them. Dennis (the manager) was very accomidating in regards to getting my vehicle in right away. Once my vehicle was inspected the mechanic brought me out to my car an explained to me what my muffler and tailpipe was what needed to be replaced. Overall I had a great experiance at this Tuffy location and would recommend them to anyone.

I would never go to a Tuffy again. I was disrespected more than I have ever been in my life by the manager, all because I questioned $1000 worth of work. I cannot even get into more detail because I will get too worked up. A customer can question anything they want, especially when it's their vehicle and large amount of money. I used to recommend this place to many people, but never again. Please take it from me, and AVOID this shop

I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I was speaking to the manager as well. He explained how he had a great life, drove a brand new corvette, and basically could care less about my 900 dollars worth of work. Everything began when I merely questioned the extent of work that needed to be done to my car. A customer has the right to question anything they want, especially when it involves close to $1000 dollars. He constantly called me by my first name as if to be snotty and rude. He even began asking me where I worked. I have never spoken to this man in my life, he had no right to ask me these questions and I almost felt in danger. I have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge, and he questioned that as well. I remained calm and respectful until I felt personally disrespected without any remorse from him. I also told him early on that I had even recommended others to the shop before, but never will I again. AVOID this shop by all means.
