I ordered flowers for my fiance from this place. I wanted the Delicate Dazzler, but they sent another package. When I called back for a complaint, he told me it was an upgrade. Whether it was an upgrade or not, I wanted purple flowers and white flowers because I know my fiance likes those specific ones. Instead, he sent her too much red and lots of green space filler. Also, he offered to send another one, this time being the package I ordered. Well, it NEVER CAME. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will order flowers for my fiance again, but THIS GUY LOST MY BUSINESS. In addition to the horrible customer service and bad flowers, the vase was the ugliest thing I have ever seen in my life.
