I am very proud to do this review! Never have I had the opportunity to work with a company and a person that takes so much pride in their work! Bob, the owner of Absolute Computer services & More,inc., came to my rescue, took my most pride procession, my work horse, my Computer, to his shop and repaired it, upgraded it, and brought it back home to SmithTone Records,Music, & Video,inc. The amount of money that he saved me and my company will be forever appreciated! I recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. Bob networked our entire office in a couple of hours. He made sure everything was working before he left. We've used Bob for PC issues in the past. Always found him to be pro-active in solving problems. His pricing is very reasonable. Don't hesitate to call him.... you won't be disappointed.

It was prompt and informative and also knowable

I have a business that needed some remote support for a kiosk in Kissimmee, Florida and tried about a dozen calls (including GS, etc.) to get someone's help. Bob answered his phone, put someone on it the same day and kept me posted throughout the repair. A technician drove to the site, spent time on diagnosis and worked toward a repair. Turned out it was a problem at the facility instead of our equipment, and I blew five hours of technician time, but in the great scheme of things, it was money well spent and I'll keep Absolute on my list. Business customers should have this guy in their eCard file.
