Awesome and fast service. Affordable too! In Orlando I can't imagine living without a working ac system. I've called for duct work when the pesky squirrels were in my attic reeking havoc years ago. I called again this year when my ac was blowing out moldy cool air.

They've refreshed my system and we're back to normal. This is the only ac company I'll recommend to my friends and family!

We had made an appointment with Action Air for the time frame 10am-1pm, the technician showed up at 1:40pm, may have been held up at another job. He was quick and solved our AC problem going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our house was cool and habitable again. A few days ago after my husband called many A/C companies for quotes and information, we choose the Orlando/Orange County Action Air of Florida. We were looking for a reasonable, reputable, dependable and trustworthy A/C company. Since the first time we called the office at 407-521-0400, we received an excellent customer service from the office staff. We were very impressed also with Mr Nowakowski extreme professionalism, courtesy, listening skills, polite attitude and expertise. The two gentlemen (Bob and Xavier) assigned to repair our system came in 15 minutes early and the work was completed sooner than we expected. The job was done with and extreme carefulness and neatness. They were very informative, professional, friendly and courteous. I called to have my Ac unit serviced before the heat set in. Action Air was able to get to me that day and the technician Bruce was prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend calling Action Air of Florida!

I would not recommend! $55 trip charge - Most companies will not charge to just show up. They also charged sales tax on entire bill.

I only give them one star because there is not a no star rating. We contracted this company to purchase and install a new heat and air unit. They offered a price for " no permit" which is required by law in Florida to have. My mistake for not running then. We said we must have it permitted and proceeded to the installation of our choice of equipment. They did not apply for our permit until we called the bank and reversed payment, then and only then did they apply for the permit whining all the way saying it's too difficult and they require to many papers and they didn't know where to go, etc. Once they got the permit, after they installed the equipment the week before ( collected payment and would not return phone calls), and now knowing there will be an inspection, they try and tell us they want to make sure the heater is running okay and just to make sure they want to send a tech out to see it and they will bring another heater just in case ( one that was not what we paid for and incompatible with our unit). When they get here we find out the NEW heater never worked so they left it unconnected in the unit. We refused to let them out the unmatched substandard equipment in. They weren't going to tell us but I insisted they get my permit for inspection so now they had to try and cover their tracks. Shame on them!! Story to continue.... Unfortunately .. Inspection tomorrow

I had a problem with my A/C and called Action Air. The technician was at my house within 90 minutes. He recommended replacing my A/C because of its age (about 15 years old) because repairing it would cost almost as much as a new one. They installed it the next day and the price was great! The service man and the installer were very professional. My new Carrier A/C is working great! I would highly recommend Action Air to anyone looking for an honest A/C company.

I called Action Air because I was having a heating problem. They came in the time frame promised and even offered a $ 20 off coupon on the repair. There is a one year warranty on the repair & I will be using Action Air again if I need to fix or replace my heating & air conditioning equipment. This company is a keeper.
