Provided by YP.comLee Gray Two and a half months ago your service department replaced the axles seals in my 2014 wrangler under warranty. Well the seal goes out again and I'm told that they would not cover it again because there's water in the differential... Well if the seal is broken naturally water is going to get in the differential. I mean seriously it's common sense. If there's nothing there to block water from going in it's going to get water in it when it rains... It's Florida it rains everyday and it's poured everyday for the last 2 weeks...

Lee Gray So I call Stacey as you asked and she never returned my call... So I get Joseph Pack and he tells me he'll call me back which he does. He claims a Chrysler warranty rep looked at my Jeep when it was in.. I asked him when they looked at it and he said today... However, my Jeep was not in the shop today it was Saturday... So now your dealership is lying to me, making up stories, and can't even return my call. Then he tells me "they" whoever this is, the water came in from the top... So there are only a few places water can come it... One is through the breather tube, through both sides over the axle and then through pinion seal. Neither of those were leaking fluid and the breather tube was attached (your dealership would have saw this if they looked.) So basically when it rains I should expect water to come in the axle seals and blow the seals every time it rains... It's funny how others have went to a different dealership and has no issues.. Yet, when I go to your dealership you can't cover something under warranty.

I worked with Juan who checked my credit and set me up with a brand new Dodge Avenger. The whole process was pretty fast and I was back to work quickly. I will send my friedns from work when they need new cars.

Provided by YP.comI've been dealing with Seth Piggott. He's extremely honest (rare in the car salesman world) and really down to earth. He'll tell you his honest opinion and he's extremely patient. He wont try to talk you into buying a car if you're honest with him that you're not ready.
We went and checked out a Jeep for my girlfriend yesterday and it was pouring sideways outside. He still went to the lot and pulled up in a nice clean Jeep under the service drive and he allowed us to drive it around a few blocks in the pouring rain. After the test drive, he sat inside the vehicle and told us his opinions of other SUV's but not once did he say anything negative about them. I will admit, I was trying to bait him to say something, anything, negative about the other cars. He was very professional, addressed my questions and instead of talking down the other "guy" he just spoke better of the Jeep.
Great service from Seth, we will definitely purchase from him when we decide to purchase another vehicle.

Provided by YP.comI spent a 3/4 of a day dealing with my local dealership and they were just JERKS! I drove to Airport the next and purchased a new Grand Cherokee. The entire process was so smooth compared to the other dealership I went to. GO HERE FIRST!!!!

I bought my wife a car from here about a year ago and it was a great expierence as well.There invetory is huge compared to the other local dealerships and they are easy to work with. Provided by YP.comPushy & aggressive staff, rude and sarcastic manager, no sales manners, and no time for a future sale. Dont waste your time here... If you're not buying the same day, they will not take their precious time to show you any cars, instead "you can go out to the front and look", great way to kick you out. Its a shame to buy a great car you have to deal with such incompetent sales people....
wouldn't return here if it was the last dealership for dodges in the country.
Im sure these "great experiences" bellow were written by their own staff....

Provided by YP.comDid our homework online before purchasing. Tried working a deal with another dealership but they were only interested in the 'green way' of doing business; wasted 3 days just to get denied.
We then called Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep and spoke to Mark Williams. We emailed all our documentation before walking into the dealership, even got a quote on our trade-in sight unseen. Our salesman worked on our deal on Easter weekend!!
We walked into the dealership and our new 2013 Grand Caravan was prepped and ready. We were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. No games, no gimmicks; we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the exact price , no money down with the exact payments we needed! They even honored our agreed upon trade-in value. We had a FANTASTIC experience at this dealership. From the manager, to our salesman, to the finance department; we are SO HAPPY with their AMAZING service. We couldn't be more ecstatic! We have been bringing our Charger for service at Airport Chrysler as it is very convenient to our home and they have Saturday appointments.
In contrast to many car dealership service departments, whose service quality may be uneven and prices unreasonable, we have always gotten very good service from Airport Chrysler service department and the rates are very reasonable and comparable to independent garages. They are very ethical in advising you if your car needs repair and will tell you if a certain task doesn't need to be performed until the next service interval.
The service manager was very responsive to our needs, and the service writers I have worked with are all courteous as well.
Highly recommended.

Provided by YP.comI have purchased Dodge vehicles my entire life. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales manager was pushy, and tried every underhanded trick in the book to try and get me to over pay for a car. Even after we reached a deal, when I returned with check in hand to pick up the car 48 hours later they had sold the car to someone else. Silver lining on the cloud, I found the same car with 10,000 less miles in St. Cloud and purchased it for $2000 less. These people are unethical crooks, do not spend your hard earned money here.
