Justin was great- On time- Professional and Diligent in his review and explanation of his findings.

I had my whole system replaced and new ducts installed at the end of 2017. The best thing I ever did! Lowered my power bill considerably. Their service is exceptional. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. This morning I had Erik Echevarria come and he was great. He explained everything in detail, made his recommendations, left everything picked up and clean, and he was very pleasant to deal with. No pressure - just good service. Thank you American Air & Heat and Erik! 😊

Had a problem with our a/c and thermostats after hours and they called us first thing in the morning and came out that day and got us up and running.
Anthony was very helpful and explained a lot.

Frank Farfan did an excellent job on the service call for my unit today. I was extremely pleased with his courteous manner and the way he respected my home as well as the caring way he serviced my unit. He really took the time to give it a thorough check up. I will request him again in the future. He showed me all the good things about how my unit had been cared for and how clean it was inside that really meant a lot to me.
