Absolutely abysmal. When this business used to be run by Willie it was great, just a lovely honest guy. The nephew who's taken it over is something else. We gave him a shot because of Willie, but not only did he not fix our AC, he ended up ripping us off. Charged us $85 for a a replacement capacitor (claiming he was giving us a discount as it was normally $130) but when I went to Home Depot to check find they were RETAILING there for $14.95!! I thought it was odd that it even needed replacing because Willie put in a new one only a year or so ago - with the way we were gouged I wouldn't be surprised if there'd been nothing wrong with the original. His loss - we own a number of rental properties and since then we've needed work on the AC at two of the houses, plus our AC and one at one of the rentals will need complete replacement in the next year or two.
