After driving a half hour in hopes of getting a new mask for my CPAP machine, I was not allowed to even put a mask to my face! I was not allowed to try the mask on, never mind put it on, adjust it and hook it to a machine with air pressure to see if it fits correctly. No, they held up a card to my face to measure me. I'm currently using an extra large Fisher & Paykel, but they told me they would have to "order" me a Medium Resmed which I had to buy sight unseen because they didn't have it in stock and even if they did I would not have been able to see if it fit properly. the last time I was fit for a CPAP mask the respiratory therapist spent over an hour fitting me with every mask he had until we found one that I liked and which fit properly without leaking.

Very good to deal with. Called and told them I would be in Florida and what I needed and were and it was there.
